HDR is seeking a Water Treatment Business Class Lead to develop and manage HDR’s water treatment business in Minnesota and Wisconsin. The role focuses on growth, team leadership, and delivering high-impact infrastructure projects.

The candidate will lead technical excellence, staff development, and business development initiatives across multiple locations, including Saint Louis Park, MN, and Wisconsin cities. HDR offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• 10 years of experience.
• Professional or engineering registration.
• Experience in development and management of diverse teams.
• Ability to collaborate with area leaders, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers.
• Active participant in HDR's employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project delivery from planning through construction to meet client expectations.
• Serve as project manager or design manager on critical area and regional projects.
• Oversee coordination and improvement of technical competencies of staff and deliverables.
• Use proactive project management to ensure work is planned, organized, controlled, and delivered.
• Collaborate on business class efforts with area operations, marketing, and project managers.
• Develop and lead technical and marketing initiatives.
• Participate in practice groups and quality reviews to improve standards.
• Recruit, hire, train, develop, and manage technical personnel.
