Job summary

Culligan Water of Kansas City is seeking a Drinking Water Service & Sales Manager to lead three territories: Kansas City Metro, Topeka, and Saint Joseph. You will supervise 5–6 delivery drivers, ensure on-time routes, and drive service quality and revenue growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role with opportunities to ride along, coach staff, upsell to customers, and collaborate with sales teams to expand residential and commercial accounts. Competitive base salary plus commission and bonus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing a frontline team in a route-based, field-service, or distribution environment.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and retain hourly employees.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise, coach, and develop a team of 5–6 drivers across three territories.
• Lead onboarding and training for new drivers; build a skills development framework.
• Identify and implement route optimization opportunities to reduce cost-per-stop and improve productivity.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling, retention, and new account acquisition.
