Job summary

Culligan Water of Kansas City is seeking a Drinking Water Service & Sales Manager to lead three territories: Kansas City Metro, Topeka, and Saint Joseph. You will supervise 5–6 delivery drivers, drive route efficiency, ensure service quality, and grow organic revenue.

This is a hands-on, frontline leadership role with a sales mindset, balancing field rides with office oversight to optimize routes and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading a frontline team in a route-based, field service, or distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 5–6 drinking water delivery drivers across three territories.
• Conduct ride-alongs, one-on-ones, and performance check-ins.
• Lead onboarding and training for new drivers; build a skills framework.
• Foster accountability, safety, customer service, and continuous improvement.
• Manage driver scheduling, time-off requests, and coverage across territories.
• Address performance issues with HR as appropriate.
• Own route performance: on-time delivery, stop completion, customer satisfaction.
• Identify route optimization opportunities to reduce cost per stop.
• Drive upsell and referrals; manage key accounts; revenue growth.
• Provide operational updates to the Director of Operations; maintain records in ServiceTitan.
• Participate in leadership meetings and cross-functional planning.
