Culligan Water Kansas City is seeking a Route Driver to join our team. You will deliver water treatment products along a defined route, process orders, and handle invoicing and collections while providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training and growth opportunities are available on-site.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of route experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to use a mobile device or tablet.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates.
• Clean and professional appearance.
• Able to regularly lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses along a specific route.
• Prepare, process, and execute delivery orders and collect related monies and issue invoices.
• Handle customer issues promptly with a courteous, customer-focused service style.
• Follow all safety protocols and company regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles and equipment.
• End-of-route supervisor check-ins with daily recaps.
