With 15+ years in drinking water planning and engineering, you will guide senior leadership and advance HDR's international growth in Canada, the UK, and Australia, while delivering high-quality consulting services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years relevant industry experience.
• Demonstrated self-starter with limited oversight.
• Deep knowledge of the A/E/C industry's procurement of professional services.
• Proven ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Proven ability to build a network of clients and industry partners.
• Experience in sales and developing effective win strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead market sector strategy to help HDR become industry leader.
• Serve as Client Manager for key Sector clients and be active in the industry.
• Lead pursuits for drinking water opportunities, guiding strategy and proposals.
• Coordinate with client managers to market HDR services to Drinking Water clients across geographies.
• Support international market growth in Canada, UK and Australia with leadership teams.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
