The ideal candidate demonstrates recipe knowledge, food-safety compliance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and teamwork throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to regularly lift at least 50 lbs.
• Proficiency with technology/computer systems (e.g. Excel, attendance system, ordering system).
• Excellent communication, problem solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage bakery operations independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Prolonged standing, stooping, and walking.
• Eagerness to learn and build on constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Develop familiarity with all 7 Leaves recipes, preparation times, and measurements to produce coffee and teas.
• Adhere strictly to food safety protocols per company and state guidelines.
• Regularly inventory and order to ensure adequate supply of ingredients per needs.
• Maintain calm and professional demeanor during high volume periods.
• Communicate and collaborate with upper management and team to address issues.
• Report to work on schedule and fulfill duties for the shift.
• Assist with lifting and group lifts as needed.
