7 Leaves Café in Torrance, CA is seeking a Drink Cook to craft our signature coffee and tea beverages, ensuring quality and proper storage and packaging. You will work closely with store management and the kitchen to maintain smooth production.

You’ll learn all recipes, follow food safety protocols, manage inventory, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling and on-site training support growth within this expanding beverage concept.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and take constructive feedback.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Develop familiarity with all 7 Leaves recipes and prep times.
• Adhere to food safety protocols and store guidelines.
• Regularly inventory and order ingredients as needed.
• Maintain calm, professional demeanor during high-volume periods.
• Communicate with management and team to prevent issues.
• Attend scheduled shifts and fulfill duties as assigned.
• Assist with group lifts when needed.
