7 Leaves Café seeks a Drink Cook for our Garden Grove, CA location. On-site role focused on beverage production, quality control, proper storage and packaging of coffee and tea bases, collaborating with store management and back-of-house to ensure consistent production.

The ideal candidate will lift up to 50 lbs, have strong communication and organization skills, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Competitive pay listed as $19.50–$19.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must lift at least 50 lbs.

• Proficiency with technology/computer systems (e.g., Excel, attendance/order systems).

Responsibilities

• Develop familiarity with 7 Leaves recipes and measurements to produce coffee and teas.
• Adhere to food safety protocols per company and state guidelines.
• Regularly inventory and order ingredients per needs.
• Maintain calm, professional composure during high-volume periods.
• Communicate with management and team to resolve issues.
• Report to work on schedule and fulfill shift duties.
• Lift at least 50 lbs regularly during shifts.
