The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, proficiency with computer systems, and strong communication and organizational skills. The company notes an intensive training program located out of state, with travel and lodging paid by the company.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with technology/computer systems (e.g. Excel, attendance系统, ordering系统)
• Excellent communication, problem solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage bakery operations independently in a fast-paced environment
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and walking
• Must be able to regularly lift at least 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Develop familiarity with all 7 Leaves recipes, prep times, and measurements to produce coffee and teas
• Adhere to food safety protocols per company and state guidelines
• Regularly inventory and order to ensure adequate supply
• Maintain calm, professional demeanor during high-volume shifts
• Communicate and collaborate with management to resolve issues
• Report on time for each shift and complete duties
• Regularly lifting at least 50 lbs throughout the shift
