Job summary

7 Leaves Café in Monrovia, CA is seeking a Drink Cook to craft coffee and tea beverages, ensure quality, and package products for stores. You’ll collaborate with store management and back-of-house to maintain production standards.

The role requires adherence to food safety protocols and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. A comprehensive training program located out of state will be provided, with travel and lodging covered.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are required.
• Ability to operate and learn bakery/food prep tech and systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop familiarity with all 7 Leaves recipes, prep times, and measurements.
• Adhere to food safety protocols and company/state guidelines.
• regularly inventory and order ingredients to meet company standards.
• Maintain calm, professional demeanor during high-volume periods.
• Communicate with management and team to handle issues (damaged/faulty products).
• Attend scheduled shifts and complete duties as directed by supervisor.
• Assist group lifts when needed (up to 50 lbs).
