• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in oil and gas drilling operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Demonstrated expertise in various drilling techniques, equipment, and associated technologies.
• Strong knowledge of HSE management systems and best practices in the industry.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct field personnel.
• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Ability to travel to rig sites as needed while effectively managing operations remotely.
