Job summary

Florence Copper is seeking a Drilling Shift Supervisor to oversee daily field oversight activities. This role involves supervising geologists and technicians while ensuring all operations meet safety and quality standards.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least three years of drilling oversight experience. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years drilling and well construction oversight experience.
• Experience with hydrogeologic field methods preferred.
• Strong computer literacy skills and database experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor drilling, well construction, and testing activities.
• Coordinate and ensure field team is collecting required data.
• Oversee health and safety during shift, conducting daily meetings.
• Manage and maintain field equipment and proactively identify needs.
• Resolve potential problems and schedule issues with personnel.
