Cascade Environmental, LLC in Schofield, WI is hiring experienced drillers to operate rigs, maintain logs, and ensure safe, efficient operations. CDL Class A preferred; 3+ years in drilling and ability to pass background checks and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A preferred; ability to obtain required licenses.
• 3+ years’ experience in the drilling industry, operating multiple rig types.
• Negative drug test is required; pass background check.
• Valid Driver’s License for your state and acceptable MVR.
• Interstate DOT Medical Card and FMCSA compliance required.
• IRCA work authorization; right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operate drill rigs and equipment with high proficiency.
• Maintain daily drilling reports and logs.
• Ensure equipment is safe and undergoes routine maintenance.
• Lead crew training and maintain safe work environment.
• Maintain certifications (MSDS, CEU, JSA).
• Review and approve timesheets; complete logs and reports.
• Maintain professional relations with team and clients.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as required.
• Adhere to site health and safety plans; other duties as assigned.
