Armada Staffing Group in Grove City, OH is seeking a dependable Machine Set-Up & Maintenance Technician / Machine Operator to support the production of plastic parts for automotive, gas station, and material handling industries. The role involves operating CNC, thermoforming, and band saw equipment with cross-training provided as daily needs change.

The position offers a full-time schedule, 1st shift, and $16.00 per hour with emphasis on safety, attendance, and reliability.

Formación

• Ability to speak and read English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and manufacturing experience.
• Experience using hand tools and performing mold changes.
• Ability to operate a sit-down forklift.
• Ability to safely climb on and off equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Closed-toed shoes and safety glasses required; work gloves recommended.
• Dress code: pants or shorts with a T-shirt or sweatshirt.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate plastic molding and production equipment safely and efficiently; machine-specific training provided.
• Operate CNC, thermoforming, and band saw equipment as assigned.
• Assist with mold changes and machine set-up.
• Inspect plastic parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• Trim excess plastic from molded parts using a band saw.
• Package finished products according to specifications.
• Handle materials and operate a sit-down forklift as needed.
• Cross-train on multiple machines and production areas as daily assignments change.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and production guidelines.

Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Machine Set-Up & Maintenance Technician / Machine Operator to join our team in Grove City, OH. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with mechanical aptitude and manufacturing experience to support the production of plastic products for the automotive, gas station, and material handling industries. This position involves operating CNC, thermoforming, and band saw equipment, with cross-training provided as daily production needs change. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing quality work, follows safety procedures, and is committed to maintaining excellent attendance and reliability.

Pay Rate:$16.00 per hour

Shift/Hours: 1st shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM Occasional Fridays, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, based on business needs No weekend or holiday work One 30-minute unpaid lunch and two 15-minute paid breaks; employees must remain on the property during breaks
