Job summary

Expand Energy is seeking a Driller for field operations in Morgantown, WV. The Driller operates and repairs drilling equipment, leads rig crews, and ensures safety and adherence to procedures. This role requires guiding training for rigging up/down and daily operations, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

You will supervise 3–5 direct reports and 5–8 indirect, reporting to the Rig Operations Superintendent. Long hours outdoors in varied weather are expected.

Qualifications

• 3 years drilling experience in well procedures.
• Health, Safety and Environment Orientation.
• Well Control Certification is required.
• HERDIT and Supervisor Level Drilling training completed.

Responsibilities

• Operates and repairs drilling equipment and guides work crew.
• Provide guidance for rigging up and down and day-to-day ops.
• Lead operations to ensure safety guidelines and procedures.
• Operate rig hoisting system from control panel and manage tubulars.
• Direct supervision of 3–5 employees and indirect supervision of 5–8 staff.
