Job summary

SDI HD Holding LLC is seeking experienced Drillers to join their operations team in Weston, West Virginia. This role involves operating and monitoring drilling rig systems, supervising rig crews, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will have significant oil and gas drilling experience and strong leadership abilities. Eligible applicants should have 5+ years of drilling experience, prior rig-hand/derrickhand roles, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of oil/gas drilling experience.
• Experience supervising rig crews and directing subordinates.
• Able to work extended hours and travel as required.

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years of experience in oil/gas drilling
• Previous experience as a righand and derrickhand
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to lead and direct subordinates
• Ability to work for extended periods in harsh weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lb. objects occasionally
• Ability to work more than 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to travel as required
• Ability to wear and properly utilize PPE
