Qualifications

• Three years prior experience in drilling procedures.
• Health, Safety and Environment Orientation and Rig Specific Start Up Training.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and training for work crew personnel.
• Maintain desired mud weight and properties for drilling fluid.
• Assist the Driller in supervising the rig crew.

Skills

Basic written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work flexible work schedule

Physical ability to respond to emergencies

Education

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
