Job summary

Expand Energy is hiring for the Roughneck position to support field operations in Morgantown, WV or nearby locations. As a Roughneck you will perform manual labor on a rig site under the direct supervision of the Driller, including rig up/down, equipment handling, and safety compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, flexible hours, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma, GED, or the equivalent.
• 0–6+ years related experience.
• Pass all pre-employment requirements including physical demands, vision, and drug-screening test with background and driving record check.

Responsibilities

• Perform rig up and rig down activities as assigned.
• Perform nippling up/down of all rig equipment.
• Perform general repairs and maintenance on rig components.
• Conduct assigned activities on the rig floor.
• Assist the Derrickman with mud-mixing duties.
• Perform emergency procedures.
• Follow safety regulations and company policies.
