The role involves setting up machines, loading programs, measuring parts, and coordinating with supervisors. A high school diploma and ability to lift 10–40 pounds are required; weekend OT may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Load programs into machines and verify first pieces with checks.
• Report safety hazards and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Participate in safety training and PPE procedures.
