Job summary

24 Seven Talent is partnering with a growing fashion brand to hire an experienced Production Patternmaker focused on dresses. You will drive pattern development from concept through final production, using advanced TUKA CAD skills and a deep knowledge of fit, grading, and garment engineering.

The role demands precise patterning for woven and knit dresses, collaboration with Design, Technical Design, Production, and overseas vendors, and the ability to manage multiple styles under tight seasonal

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production patternmaking experience in apparel.
• Extensive recent experience with dresses (required).
• Advanced proficiency in TUKA Pattern Design Software.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, grading, drape, and pattern engineering.
• Proven experience creating production-ready patterns (not development or sample-only).
• Excellent technical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and maintain production-ready patterns using TUKA CAD
• Build accurate patterns for woven and knit dresses
• Translate tech packs, sketches, and fit comments into production patterns
• Execute fit revisions and pattern corrections through final production approval
• Partner closely with Design, Technical Design, Production, and overseas vendors
• Ensure consistency in fit, grading, construction, and quality across all styles
• Review production samples and troubleshoot pattern-related issues
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting seasonal production deadlines
