Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a Technical Designer to lead the technical design process from concept through production, ensuring fit, construction, quality, and measurement standards. You will create and maintain tech packs, lead fit sessions, and collaborate with design, product development, production, and sourcing to resolve issues.

The role also involves mentoring the technical design team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical design experience in apparel, fashion, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, measurements, specifications, and quality standards.
• Experience working across Men’s, Women’s, and/or Kids apparel categories.
• Proven leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Advanced proficiency with technical design tools including CAD, PLM, and digital pattern-making systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design across Men’s, Women’s, and Kids categories.
• Create and maintain detailed tech packs, specifications, and fit comments.
• Lead fit sessions and provide direction to internal teams and external vendors.
• Partner with Design, Product Development, Production, and Sourcing to resolve construction and fit issues.
• Manage development timelines and maintain consistency across styles and categories.
• Lead and mentor the technical design team while improving processes and workflows.
