Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking an Apparel Graphic/Textile Designer to support development of trend-driven graphics across product categories. This role partners with design, production, and cross-functional teams to bring concepts from development through production while maintaining quality, consistency, and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in apparel graphic design.
• Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
• Knowledge of screen-printing techniques and production processes.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Experience in women\u2019s, juniors', or kids' apparel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop apparel graphics across multiple product categories.
• Conceptualize, create, and execute original graphic designs that align with seasonal trends and customer needs.
• Prepare production-ready artwork, including color corrections and separations.
• Partner with production teams and vendors to ensure accurate execution of graphics and print techniques.
• Research market trends and competitive products to inspire new graphic concepts.
• Create original artwork and illustrations as needed.
• Execute CADs, revisions, and artwork updates.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Support additional design and production-related projects as assigned.
