Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, retail, education, or youth-serving environments.
• 2+ years of experience in program planning, program logistics, or event coordination preferred.
• Prior experience working with youth is strongly preferred.
• Prior Girl Scout experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging, inclusive programs for girls of all ages.
• Develop program curricula, activity guides, and learning content.
• Generate program reports and assist with pre- and post-program surveys.
• Collaborate with DreamLab staff and partners to ensure consistent delivery.
• Support retail sales during programs and promote DreamLab merchandise.
• Provide courteous customer service to girls, families, and volunteers.
