Job summary

Yavapai College’s Small Business Development Center seeks a DreamBuilder Program Assistant to provide administrative, operational, and participant support for the DreamBuilder entrepreneurship education program at the Prescott Valley Center.

This in-person, part-time role serves as the primary contact for participants, handles enrollment, onboarding, communications, and documentation, and coordinates workshops and Launch Day, while ensuring confidentiality and a welcoming participant experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through.
• Strong written and verbal communication with participants and partners.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and standard office technology.
• Basic understanding of entrepreneurship, small business, or educational programs.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support for the DreamBuilder program.
• Serve as initial contact for prospective and enrolled participants; respond to routine questions.
• Support intake, enrollment, orientation, onboarding, and completion of required forms.
• Maintain confidential participant records and track enrollment, attendance, and progress.
• Coordinate scheduling for office hours, cohort activities, workshops, and Launch Day.
