- No prior sales or insurance experience is necessary. We are looking for motivated and ambitious individuals who care about helping families. Our main focus is on Mortgage Protection Insurance, which means we help families with their mortgage and final expense insurance needs. You'll also have access to other insurance products like:
- Final expense
- Medical supplements
- Indexed universal life
- Annuities
As a team member, you'll have the chance to make a positive difference in families' lives with the flexibility to work on a commission basis.
- We care about work-life balance and provide all the support and resources you need to succeed. You'll receive training using a proven system, including a phone script that helps you set up appointments with clients in their homes.
- You'll spend about an hour with clients, helping them choose the best and most affordable program for their family. For each family you protect, you can typically earn around $500 as your commission.
- We offer comprehensive training programs like bootcamps and conferences, regular conference calls, and support from personal mentors.
- Our industry-leading producers and leaders will provide ongoing mentorship and support to help you succeed.
- This is a 1099 sales position, meaning you'll work on commission only. On average, you can expect to earn around $500 per application. Full-time underwriters typically write about 4-10 applications per week.
- In your first year, if you're a part-time agent following our system, you can make approximately $30,000 to $60,000. Full-time agents can make around $75,000 to $180,000 in their first year.
Responsibilities:
- Assess the needs of families seeking insurance coverage, specifically for mortgage protection or final expense insurance, all while working from the comfort of your own home.
- Present suitable insurance solutions to clients through virtual meetings.
- Build relationships with clients and provide top-notch customer service.
- Collaborate with team members using communication tools and online platforms to reach sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Utilize exclusive leads, so you won't need to make cold calls.
- Conduct appointments with clients from your home using provided virtual tools and resources.
