Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

100% TRAINING PROVIDED

• No prior sales or insurance experience is necessary. We are looking for motivated and ambitious individuals who care about helping families. Our main focus is on Mortgage Protection Insurance, which means we help families with their mortgage and final expense insurance needs.
• As a team member, you'll have the chance to make a positive difference in families' lives. You'll also have the flexibility to work on a commission basis.
• We care about work-life balance and provide all the support and resources you need to succeed, including comprehensive training programs.
• Our industry-leading producers and leaders will provide ongoing mentorship and support to help you succeed.
• This is a 1099 sales position, meaning you'll work on commission only.
• On average, you can expect to earn around $500 per application.
