Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; minimum of three (3) years in contract administration, real estate, closing administration, residential construction, or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential purchase and sale agreements and contract documentation.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality with sensitive business information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze residential sales contracts and related documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify contract deficiencies and coordinate corrective actions with Sales Associates and management.
• Manage contract approval and execution processes and distribute executed contracts and addenda.
• Maintain and update legal documents, HOA information, CDD documentation, and related materials.
• Serve as a liaison between Sales, Closing, Legal, and Finance for contract matters.
• Process contract cancellations, refunds, and documentation for terminated transactions.
• Input and maintain contract and sales information in Mark Systems and other systems.
• Provide training to new Sales Associates on contract procedures and policies.
• Analyze workflow processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
