The Cole Family of Harley-Davidson Dealerships is seeking a Motorcycle Customization Sales Specialist at our NC location. You will engage riders daily, help them build and customize their Dream bike, and cultivate lasting relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service to riders and customers.
• Ability to greet and assist customers in a courteous manner.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and build rapport to understand their needs.
• Assist customers with merchandise selection and upsell related products.
• Process payments accurately and verify identification for transactions.
• Maintain accurate cash register records and handle back-ordered items promptly.
• Provide information on sales, specials, and new merchandise to customers.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and resolve customer concerns professionally.
