The Cole Family of Harley-Davidson Dealerships seeks a Motorcycle Customization Sales Specialist to join our team in Shallotte, NC. You will engage with riders daily to build and customize dream bikes while delivering exceptional customer service.

Sales experience is preferred but not required; we provide training and the tools needed for success. This role emphasizes enthusiastic, high-energy interaction in a fun dealership culture with a focus on relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• WEEKEND WORK REQUIRED.
• Provide “Raving Fan” service to all customers of the dealership.
• Greet customers immediately in a courteous, friendly manner.
• Build relationships with riders and help them customize their Harley-Davidson Dream bike.
• Inform customers about sales, specials, and new merchandise; upsell appropriately.
• Handle payments and verify IDs for transactions; maintain accuracy of cash register.
• Notify customers when special orders or back-ordered items arrive.
• Respond to customer concerns with empathy and a positive attitude.
