Job summary

The Cole Family of Harley-Davidson Dealerships in Wilmington, NC is seeking full-time, self-motivated Service Technicians to join a winning team. Local mechanics with strong customer focus and ride-ready tools are encouraged to apply.

We provide training and the tools necessary for success, with opportunities for growth in a supportive environment. Ideal candidates will have MMI graduation or 3+ years dealership experience, knowledge of motorcycle repair, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• MMI Graduate or 3+ years of dealership experience preferred.
• Knowledge in all aspects of motorcycle repair.
• Own your own tools to perform service and customization work to factory specs.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
• Communicate with Parts department to obtain any necessary parts.
• Communicate to service manager and service advisor updates on timeline and completion date.
• Communicate upsell opportunities to service advisor.
