The Cole Family of Harley-Davidson Dealerships seeks a Motorcycle Customization Sales Specialist to join our team in Shallotte, NC. You will engage with riders daily to build and customize dream bikes while delivering exceptional customer service.

Sales experience is preferred but not required; we provide training and the tools needed for success. This role emphasizes enthusiastic, high-energy interaction in a fun dealership culture with a focus on relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• WEEKEND WORK REQUIRED.
• Provide “Raving Fan” service to all customers of the dealership.
• Greet customers immediately in a courteous, friendly manner.
• Build relationships with riders and help them customize their Harley-Davidson Dream bike.
• Inform customers about sales, specials, and new merchandise; upsell appropriately.
• Handle payments and verify IDs for transactions; maintain accuracy of cash register.
• Notify customers when special orders or back-ordered items arrive.
• Respond to customer concerns with empathy and a positive attitude.

Motorcycle Customization Sales Specialist

Location: Harley-Davidson – Shallotte, NC

Well Established Local Dealership Is Currently Looking For a Motorcycle Customization Sales Specialist To Join Our Team. We Are Seeking Motorcycle Enthusiasts Who Are Honest Motivated Outgoing High-energy self-starters. Candidates must be willing to provide the highest level of customer service in helping others become a part of the dealership team.

Sales experience is preferred, but not required. We will train the right people and provide all the tools to be successful. This position involves working with riders every day to build and customize their Harley-Davidson Dream bike. Building relationships with riders is the key to success in this role.

Essential Duties

• WEEKEND WORK REQUIRED
• Provide “Raving Fan” service to all of the dealership’s customers.
• Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Make all customers feel welcome regardless of race, sex, or creed.
• Possess the ability to work with several customers at one time while maintaining individual customer satisfaction.
• Handle telephone transactions quickly, and courteously.
• Point out any sales, specials, or new merchandise to customers.
• Assist customers with their selection of merchandise and offer additional product that compliments the purchase.
• When accepting check & credit card payments for merchandise purchases, confirm customers’ identification, obtain proper approvals and record them as required.
• Keep cash register accurate.
• Notify customers immediately when special orders or back-ordered items are received
• Handle customer concerns reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude, and demonstrate our commitment to excellent customer service.
