Qualifications

• 0–8 years of professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with customers and vendor partners.
• Source and secure transportation capacity for import/export containers.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, carriers, and vendors.
• Monitor shipments and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Resolve issues and maintain high-level customer communication.
