Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Drayage and brokerage within logistics/trucking.
• Strong knowledge of port operations and drayage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and learning new software.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with carriers focusing on drayage services.
• Research and resolve freight and billing issues related to shipments.
• Maintain communication with carriers and brokerage leadership.
• Track and trace shipments daily for timely delivery and quality.
• Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments.
• Engage carriers in pricing discussions and conduct market analyses.
