You will build strong relationships with carriers, manage shipments daily, and participate in pricing analyses and KPI-driven improvements within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Drayage with port operations.
• Proven track record in Logistics/Trucking.
• Strong self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain carrier relationships for drayage services.
• Research and resolve freight and billing issues.
• Communicate with carriers and leadership.
• Track shipments daily and ensure timely delivery.
• Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments.
