Job summary

Micron Technology in Boise invites an intern to assist the DRAM IP Development (IPDEV) team with RTL-to-GDS design, verification, and automation scripting. You will analyze circuits across PVT, work with SystemVerilog/UVM, and apply Python/other languages to improve engineering productivity.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Computer Engineering, with coursework in CMOS, SystemVerilog/UVM, and STA, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related STEM field.
• Coursework in CMOS Digital Circuits, SystemVerilog/UVM, STA; programming in Python, Perl, TCL, MATLAB; strong analytical/problem-solving skills; effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and verification of digital IP circuits for next-generation DRAM products using RTL-to-GDS workflows.
• Perform circuit analysis across PVT corners to evaluate performance, quality, and reliability.
• Develop automation scripts and leverage AI-assisted tools to improve productivity and design quality.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams on design implementation, verification, and silicon validation.
