Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of dedicated experience servicing drains.
• Proficient in diagnosing and resolving drainage issues autonomously.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• DOT physical possibility and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose drainage problems and educate customers on findings and options.
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on drainage systems.
• Operate drain equipment such as snakes, hydro-jetters, and cameras.
• Inspect sewer and drain systems with attention to detail.
• Respond to drainage emergencies promptly while upholding safety standards.
• Document quotes, invoices, and work performed with precision.
• Maintain company equipment and vehicle in good condition.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team.
