Job summary

Creative MultiCare in Jacksonville, FL is hiring enthusiastic drain technicians to perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance for our sewer and drainage systems. You will diagnose problems, operate equipment, educate customers, and deliver reliable service in residential and rental properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of dedicated experience in servicing drains.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose both common and uncommon drainage problems and educate customers on findings and solutions.
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on drainage systems, including clearing blockages.
• Operate equipment such as drain snakes, hydro-jetters, and cameras.
• Inspect sewer and drain systems with attention to detail.
• Respond to drainage emergencies promptly and safely.
• Document quotes, invoices, and work performed with precision.
