Job summary

Creative MultiCare in Orlando, FL is seeking enthusiastic drain technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain drainage systems for our rental home and multi-family properties. You will educate customers on findings and options, and perform preventative maintenance using specialized equipment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of dedicated experience in servicing drains.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• DOT physical may be required depending on role and insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and educate customers on drainage issues.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on drainage systems.
• Operate drain snakes, hydro-jetters, and cameras.
• Complete quotes, invoices, and work documentation with accuracy.
• Maintain company equipment and vehicle.
