Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of dedicated experience servicing drains.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Understand plumbing systems and diagnose drainage issues autonomously.

• Willingness to learn new drainage techniques and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose drainage problems and educate customers on findings and solutions.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on drainage systems, including clearing blockages.
• Operate drainage equipment such as snakes, hydro-jetters, and cameras.
• Inspect sewer and drain systems with attention to detail and safety standards.
• Respond to drainage emergencies promptly and professionally.
• Document quotes, invoices, and work performed with accuracy.
• Maintain company equipment and vehicle; work both independently and with the team.
