Job summary
Consor is seeking a Drainage Engineering Designer to lead drainage design for transportation projects. You will perform advanced hydraulic and hydrologic analyses, develop calculations, and prepare plans and reports for roadway and bridge work.

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in civil engineering required.
- 2+ years of Texas transportation drainage design experience.
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
- Experience with MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer.
Responsibilities
- Lead drainage design plans and supporting docs for transportation projects.
- Perform hydraulic and hydrologic analyses to evaluate capacity and flood impacts.
- Coordinate drainage design with roadway, bridge, utilities, and survey teams.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior designers and EITs.
- Support project delivery activities including scope, schedule, and QA reviews.
