Job summary

Buckeye Heating and Plumbing in the Midwest is hiring a residential drain service technician who will diagnose and repair drainage systems and guide customers to informed buying decisions. You will promote service agreements, complete warranty information, and work with internal teams to meet goals while keeping tools and company vehicles in top condition.

You will grow with the company, pursue certifications, and deliver outstanding customer service while supporting a wide range of residential

Qualifications

• Must have strong listening and troubleshooting skills.
• Detail oriented with good decision-making abilities.
• Obtained or working toward Plumbing License is required or encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential drain systems.
• Promote service agreements and upsell where appropriate.
• Complete required warranty information and paperwork.
• Maintain communication with internal teams and document time/inventory.

What Will I Do?

• Complete assigned calls or in-shop repairs in a professional manner and to the best of his/her ability.
• Complete required warranty information.
• Promote the sale of other products, service, or work with each client including service agreements.
• Complete time cards and inventory sheets daily.
• Perform plumbing-related tasks when required.
• Maintain communication with internal teams.
• Properly maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
• Accountable for meeting goals, following work rules, and proper conduct.
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
• Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. (We can help you with this!)

Do I have What it Takes?

• Valid driver's license to drive company vehicle.
• Service Titan experience preferred.
• Excellent listening, decision making and troubleshooting Skills
• Detail Oriented
• Obtained or working toward Plumbing License
