Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of drain cleaning or plumbing field experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces and demanding environments.
• Willingness to complete background check and onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Run an average of 4–5 residential service calls per day.
• Clear drains and sewer lines using professional equipment.
• Perform sewer camera inspections and locate blockages.
• Diagnose drainage issues and recommend repair solutions.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and operational excellence.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and team members.
• Participate in continuing training and skill development.
• Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and professional.

What You’ll Do

• Run an average of 4–5 residential service calls per day

Pay & Benefits

Compensation

• Earnings up to $100,000+ per year
• Overtime available after 40 hours
• Bi-weekly paychecks
• Great earning potential - commission and bonus opportunities available in addition to regular pay

Schedule is typically Monday – Friday, with rotating weekend coverage and rotating on‑call responsibilities designed to support a healthy work‑life balance.
