Job summary

Mr. Central Heating, Cooling, Electrical & Plumbing is seeking a motivated Drain Technician to join our plumbing team in the South Carolina area.

The role involves responding to residential service calls, diagnosing drain issues, cleaning drains with professional equipment, and performing camera inspections to identify blockages and other concerns. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of drain experience, a valid driver's license, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Drain Technician or Drain Cleaner.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential service calls and customer inquiries.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot drain and sewer system issues.
• Perform drain cleaning using professional equipment and techniques.
• Conduct camera inspections to identify blockages, breaks, and other drainage concerns.
• Operate hydro-jetting equipment to clean and restore drain lines.
• Prepare accurate estimates and explain recommended services to customers.
• Maintain, repair, and restore drain and sewer systems.
• Inspect plumbing and drainage systems for safety, functionality, and performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance.
• Accurately document work performed and communicate findings with customers and management.

What You Need

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform the duties of the position, including lifting, bending, and working in various environments
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new methods and technologies
