Mr. Central Heating, Cooling, Electrical & Plumbing is seeking a motivated Drain Technician to join our Plumbing team. You will respond to residential service calls, diagnose drain issues, and perform drain cleaning with professional equipment.

The role emphasizes customer service and accurate documentation of work performed. Applicants should have at least 1 year of drain experience, a valid license, and strong mechanical and communication skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Drain Technician or Drain Cleaner.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Respond to residential service calls and customer inquiries.
Diagnose and troubleshoot drain and sewer system issues.
Perform drain cleaning using professional equipment and techniques.
Conduct camera inspections to identify blockages, breaks, and other drainage concerns.
Operate hydro-jetting equipment to clean and restore drain lines.
Prepare accurate estimates and explain recommended services to customers.
Maintain, repair, and restore drain and sewer systems.
Inspect plumbing and drainage systems for safety, functionality, and performance.
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance.
Accurately document work performed and communicate findings with customers and management.
