Job summary

Townsend Energy in Danvers, MA is seeking a Drain Service Technician to perform residential drain cleaning and plumbing tasks. The role offers hourly pay between $28.00 and $35.00 based on experience, with a schedule from 7:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, and occasional overtime.

You will use snakes and augers, replace fixtures as needed, and advise customers on repairs while maintaining safe, efficient operations and accurate documentation using ServiceTitan.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in drain cleaning / plumbing.
• Able to use and operate drain cleaning equipment.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing systems.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work in all weather conditions.
• In trade school for plumbing or interested in schooling for plumbing.
• MA plumbing apprentice license - desired, but not required.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities
