Job summary

Call The Bee in Connecticut is seeking a Drain/Plumbing Advisor who helps homeowners diagnose drain and plumbing issues, educates on options, and recommends solutions that improve safety, reliability, and performance of home systems. This customer-focused role blends technical knowledge with consultative sales to build trust and drive value.

You will work with plumbing teams to evaluate systems, create accurate estimates, discuss financing options, and pursue opportunities for maintenance,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in residential plumbing or drain services.
• Ability to educate homeowners and present options.
• Experience with sewer camera inspections preferred.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess drain and plumbing concerns and provide professional recommendations.
• Build trust through inspections, education, and clear communication.
• Present multiple solution options and guide through repairs, replacements, and maintenance.
• Identify opportunities for drain cleaning, sewer repair, and system upgrades.
• Create detailed estimates and proposals; follow up on opportunities.
• Document inspections and interactions using ServiceTitan.
• Collaborate with technicians and dispatch to ensure project success.
