Qualifikationen

• Associate’s degree or technical certification in Drafting or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD for design and drafting.
• Experience with windows and doors or fenestration products.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs accurately.
• Strong teamwork and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Create accurate sales drawings, production drawings, and supporting technical documentation for window and door products.
• Interpret dimensions, drawing conventions, product rules, and configurations for windows, doors, and mulled assemblies.
• Revise and maintain drawings in response to customer requirements, engineering direction, and manufacturing needs.
• Work closely with Inside Sales, Architectural Services Group, and Design Engineering to develop product solutions, resolve technical questions, and support project execution.
• Coordinate with plant and sales personnel to communicate drawing requirements, product limitations, and design updates.
• Maintain drawing accuracy, consistency, revision control, and compliance with established drafting and safety standards.
