Job summary

Globalclassifieds in New York is seeking a motivated Draftsperson to join our architectural team. You will collaborate with project teams, clients, and consultants, and help translate concepts into technical drawings.

Responsibilities include drawing and 3D modeling for all phases, managing drawing sets, rendering concepts, and supporting PMs with zoning analyses, client meetings, material specs, and DOB filing. Strong English communication required.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in architecture or design (BArch, BFA).
• Excellent communication skills including writing, speaking and drawing.
• Experience delivering a design to physical realization is a must.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on design with project team, clients, and consultants.
• Draw and 3D model all phases of projects from concept through technical drawings.
• Manage drawing sets with discipline.
• Render design concepts and details with efficiency.
• Assist PMs with zoning analysis, client meetings, material specification, and DOB filing.
