Classifieds24 is seeking a Draftsman for an architectural office in New York. You will collaborate with architects and craftsmen, transform concepts into technical drawings, and contribute to design development from concept through documents.

Proficiency in English, hand sketching, AutoCAD and Rhino 3D modeling, plus a practical, team‑oriented approach, are valued. Licensing support and a friendly, dynamic office environment are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Clear communication in English is required.
• Strong hand sketching ability for concept work.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for drawings and documentation.
• 3D modeling experience with Rhino is essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on design with project team, clients, and consultants.
• Draws and 3D model all project phases from concept through technical drawings.
• Manage drawing sets with discipline and accuracy.
• Render design concepts and details efficiently.
• Assist project managers with zoning analysis, client meetings, material specs, and DOB filing.
