Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture
• 5–10 years’ experience in an Architect’s office
• Proficiency with Adobe and Autodesk Suites
• Experience with at least one modeling/rendering app (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max; VRay, Enscape, Lumion, or Twinmotion)
• High level proficiency with AutoCAD & 3-D software
• Interior design & planning for residential mixed-use market is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to develop construction drawings and 3-D models for permit submission and presentation
